XPO Control Switching Upgrade (CSU)
















In this case, the secondary pilot can select when he/she wishes to take control and/or give it back.  HOWEVER, this is NOT a token based system.  The master pilot still can remove flight control from the secondary pilot at anytime.  Very useful for training aerobatic maneuvers and allowing for a less stressful flight training session since secondary pilot can take control when he/she is ready to do so.  GREAT for UAVs,  in-flight computer can now have the ability to give control back to master pilot.  Meanwhile, master pilot can always override computer as necessary to take over flight controls....

XPO Master Override Upgrade (MOU) - Qty 2
















In this case, the secondary pilot is granted flight access while the primary pilot also remains in control.  The master pilot can make corrections/adjustments while the secondary pilot is "in the middle of a maneuver".  By adjusting the servo travel on the master pilot's transmitter, the master pilot can program subtle to large servo movement override capability.  i.e. The servo travel adjustment menu allows the master pilot to select how much authority he/she wishes to have over the student pilot inputs.  If master pilot leaves control gimbals untouched, the student can fly freely without noticing the presence of the master pilot. The master pilot can grant or deny flight controls to the secondary pilot any time.  One MOU Unit required per channel.
